Large panoramic windows fitted in Oceana Holiday Apartments and Beaconsfield Holiday Apartments

Jamie Stuart

Being locked in tier 3 has posed great challenges for Bridlington, but Oceana Holiday Apartments and Beaconsfield Holiday Apartments have managed to turn this into an opportunity.

Both buildings have been fully re-roofed and insulated, and the small Victorian style attic windows on the top floor have been replaced with stunning panoramic windows between 2 and 3 meters wide. This has increased the size and feeling of space in the top floor apartments with dramatic effect. The large windows frame the view over Bridlington's beaches beautifully, bringing the seaside atmosphere straight into the living rooms and bedrooms.

"In 2021 we are making a big push towards being a climate positive business. A fully insulated roof has massively improved the EPC rating of our properties. We have also switched energy suppliers to one which only provides energy from renewable sources.

The improvements in the top floor apartments is the icing on the cake for us. The panoramic windows make a real spectacle of our stunning location. We're sure all of our guests will be saying "wow", when they arrive this year" - Jamie Stuart

We can't wait to share the photographs of the finished product at the end of January!
